Roast semolina and keep aside

In a pan heat ghee. Add mustard seed. When mustard seed splutter add cumin seeds, asfoetida, Chana dal, urad dal, finely chopped green chillies ginger curry leaves, finely chopped onions and tomatoes, turmeric powder. Mix well and fry for 5 minutes.

Add 3 cups of boiled water. Add roasted semolina. Stir and mix well.Add salt and cook for 10minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and cashew nuts. Serve Hot.
