  • 200 gTindora
  • 2 TablespoonOlive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Chop the Tindora to make 1/8 of a Tindora

  2. 2

    Add the turmeric, red chilli powder and salt to the Tindora and mix it in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and add olive oil to it when the pan is hot.

  4. 4

    Add the Tindora to the hot pan and cook for about 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.
