Smash the banana and mix all the other ingredients well except the jam.

Pour the dough into the skillet over low heat, cover with a lid and leave until cooked on bottom.

When it's ready, turn the pancake and leave for 1 minute. Now it's ready to eat.

Put the pancake in a plate and spread the jelly and fruits if you like it on the pancake.
