Cooking Instructions

    Start by making the Couscous
    - 1 cup of couscous
    - 1 1/2 cup chicken broth

  2. 2

    Saute onions and add the tomato paste

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl dice the peppers, cilantro, cucumber and green onions

  4. 4

    Once the sauce is done, add it to the couscous

  5. 5

    Mix everything together and done

    Add lemon if wanted
