Left Over Cabbage Curry Pakora In Airfryer
Steps
- 1
1/2 bowl cabbage curry. In curry already Masala is there. So I didn't use any Masala. I add red chilli powder for spicy... After taste it I add a pinch of salt and sugar. If you add sugar the pakora colour will be perfect brown in color. For binding add besan as needed. Don't add water in cabbage water quantity is more. Then mixed it well. Knead a smooth dough. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Meanwhile preheat Air fryer 180 degree C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes take out Air fryer basket. Apply oil in the basket. Arrange the pakodas in the basket. Brush oil in the pakodas. So the pakodas will not stick to the basket. Bake for 180 degree C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check it... If it is done. Then transfer to a serving plate...
