Paneer Tikka Bread coins

First of all finely chop the onion, capsicum. Cut the paneer into small square pieces. Make a paste of ginger and garlic. Add all the spices and prepare the gram flour.

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl for marination. Add chopped paneer, onion and capsicum to the mixture.mix well and rest for 5 minutes.

Then heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the marinated mixture for 2-3 minutes.

Cut all the bread into round shapes as shown in the photo with the help of a bowl or a lid. Now cut the 1/2 round slice into smaller circles so that the above ring will be made. As shown in the photo.

Now prepare all the bread in this way. Mix the mayonnaise and mint chutney and apply it on the bread coin and arrange the ring on it.

Then add Paneer Tikka mixture. Spread cheese over it.

Now add salt to the pan and preheat it on a high flame for 5 minutes. Grease a plate and keep for roasting the Paneer Tikka bread on in.Cover it and bake for 10 minutes (until the cheese melts and the bread is crispy).
