Take soya beans in a bowl.
Wash nicely and sock for at least 3-4 hrs.
After that remove the water and wash it again
Drain the water and remove the skin of granules.. - 2
Take a mixi jar, add sock soya beans together with required water,grind till fine paste..
Remove the liquid in clean cotton cloth and squeeze to remove all milk
Repeat the procedure fr the rest.. - 3
Our soy milk is ready.
It's rich in high protein..
