Boil the pasta for 10 minutes or till when it perfectly cooked and strain the excess water.

Chop the onions, capsicum, corns and garlic.

Take a pan. Add butter to it and stir fry all the veggies.

Now, take the veggies separately. Add 1 tbsp butter and add all-purpose flour/ Maida to it and roast it till it looses it rawness.

Now add milk to the maida and cook until it gets slightly thick.
(Note: Flame should be low) - 6
Add veggies and salt as per taste. Add boiled Pasta to it.

Grate the cheese and add oregano and black pepper.

Garnish it with chilli flakes and oregano.

Now, Serve and enjoy
