Take a nonstick pan,add milk, heat it. Continue stirring in low flame.One stage it becomes thick, leaves edges,at that time remove from stove, tranfer to a plate, Mava is ready.

Add sugar powder with prepared mava, give a smooth mix with your Pams. Make even size balls.

Take little desiccated coconut powder,roll the balls,keep aside.

Take another pan add sugar and water,let it boil, stir it once in a while,syrup become one string consistency,add cardamom powder mix and remove from flame.

Divide the syrup into three parts in separate bowls. One bowl keep aside, take one bowl add orange jel, mix it well, another bow add green gel mix well.Now you will get three Indian flag colours.

Take prepared mava coconut ladu one by one dip in to orange and green colour syrup mix. Some in plain syrup.

After two minutes take out from syrup. Tranfer to separate plate. Super tri colour mava coconut ladu is ready to serve.
