Cook the rice for 70% and drain excess water

Put the marinated chicken in a bowl and put the half cooked rice on the top. Sprinkle the milk and

Then some coriander leaves, mint leaves, biriyani powder and cover the lid and cook on medium - low flame for 20mins.

Serve hot with Raita
