Cut the papad in 4 equal pieces. Roast gently with the help of a kitchen towel on a tawa.

When papad is hot fold the papads in cone shape immediately with the help of tissue paper/ kitchen towel.

In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients and mix it well. Fill the papad cones with prepared chavana chat and sprinkle sev on top and serve immediately.
