Poached Pears are my favourite dessert and this one I made with Peaflower. I elevated this to the next level. Let’s dig!
Steps

Wash the pear and peel, set aside
- 2
In a heavy bottomed pan add water, dried butterfly Peaflower, honey, lime juice, grounded lemongrass, chopped ginger and bring it to boil.

Boil on low flame for 5 mins, gently add the pear and boil on low flame for 30 mins

Bring it to room temperature

Strain and set aside the Poached pear
- 6
For syrup - Add sugar to the strained butterfly Peaflower and reduce to half, set aside
- 7
For plating - On a serving plate add the whisked coconut yoghurt and drizzle the syrup, place the cut poached pears and sprinkle some chopped almonds. Enjoy 😊
