This is as about "Vegetarian" as I get. Butter and mayo veg.

2 slicesWonderbread style, American soft loaf
Butter for the bread, one slice Miracle Whip. One slice Hellmans

Assemble, core the tomato, and skin the onion. Slice thickly.

Slather one slice of bread with butter and Hellman's Mayo. Slather the other with butter and Miracle Whip. Add two slices tomato, S&P, top with. the thick slice of Candy Onion.

Top with the bread, cut in half, and serve with Fresh from the field, Sweetest, Bicolor Corn on the cob, with butter and salt.
