  • 1/2 cupbesan sev
  • 4 tspoil
  • 2_ 3 garlic
  • Pinchhing
  • Salt to test
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1.5 tspchilli powder
  • 1,tsp gram flour
  • Pinchmaggi masala
  • leavesCoriander
  • Pinchsugar (optional)

  1. 1

    Finely chop the spiny gourd and garlic. If there is grean garlic. Do not add it. Otherwise it will work dry and sieve gram flour and keep it.

    Now when the oil is hot in the pan. Add jeera hing and garlic paste and allow saute. And all spices and sev and stir it with a spoon.
