  • Salt to taste
  • 1 TSPHaldi
  • 1 tbspAchar masala
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/4 TSPJeera

    Cut bhindi into long pieces

  2. 2

    Heat oil add jeera add bhindi and stir add haldi and cook till soft

  3. 3

    Keep stirring in between to avoid burning

  4. 4

    Once it is soft add salt and cook

  5. 5

    Add achar masala and mix well

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
