  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 2 cupsItalian bread crumbs
  3. 2 tablespoonsGoya adobo seasoning
  4. 2 tablespoonsLawry's garlic and herb seasoning
  5. 3boneless skinless chicken breast
  6. 5eggs
  7. 1 1/2 poundsspaghetti or what ever pasta you like
  8. Sauce
  9. 2 jarstraditional sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonLawry's garlic and herb seasoning
  11. 1 tablespoonGoya adobo seasoning
  12. 1 tablespoonItalian seasoning

    In a bowl put your flour bread crumbs and Lawry's garlic and herb seasoning and your Goya adobo seasoning in a separate bowl beat your eggs take the chicken cut in half and make chicken thin with a mallet but your chicken in the egg batter and then into the bread crumbs flour and season mixture in a fly pan cover the bottom of the pan with oil put chicken in pan cook until 175 degrees put your pasta sauce over the chicken then put your Parmesan cheese on top place on baking pan set oven to 375°

    Cook for about 25 mins in oven to melt cheese and sauce take your and add your 1 tablespoon of Goya adobo seasoning your 1teaspoon of Lawry's garlic and herb seasoning and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning into sauce before your put onto chicken or over pasta
