1 canhoneynut squash (I used a home canned jar)
1 bunchblanched fresh sweet potato greens
1 cupmilk
1 cupfresh grated white cheddar cheese
1 lbground meat

Drain squash and fill jar with milk, then immersion blend together with greens.

Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook pasta of your choice.

Add all ingredients together in pot and heat through before serving!
