A classic recipe featured in many international videos. It's also called the 1-2-3-4 cake for obvious reasons! Very easy and very fluffy! You can flavor it with whatever you like. I used lemon zest and a bit of almond extract.

1 cup(about 200 grams) Greek yogurt
1 cupoil
2 cupssugar
3 cupsself-rising flour
4eggs

Steps

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.

Add the oil, yogurt, and flavorings, and continue beating.

Finally, gradually add the flour until you have a batter that still flows.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C).

When the cake turns golden, insert a toothpick, and if it comes out dry, it's ready. About 1 hour.
