Ingredients

Macaroni (1 lb box) use what you like elbows, bow ties, rigatoni, etc
1/2 stickbutter
1/4 cflour
2 cupswhole milk
1 cupheavy cream (or half and half)
Cheese! Whatever kind you like. Approximately 4 cups shredded
1/2 teaspoonSalt and pepper - about

30 mins

Cook pasta according to directions and drain

Melt butter over medium heat

Add flour and whisk to make a roux
4

Add milk and cream - continue to whisk
5

Once mixed, lower heat and stir in cheese, salt/pepper
6

Add cheese sauce to cooked pasta
7

Top with additional cheese and bake for 30 mins at 350 F
