If you have even eaten Thai grilled or steamed seafood this sauce is served with it. BUT use with belly pork or German pork knuckle instead of mustard and you will be addicted ❤️

1/2 teaspoonsalt
2 tspsugar I just just white castor
Juice of 2 limes
100 mlwarm water
Stems of coriander about 2-3 not the leaves
1/2 tspsalt

Put everything together in a jug and blitz with a stand mixture (or make in small bowl of food processor)
Taste and adjust lime / sugar / salt.
Put in fridge for mins or up to 2 days covered. Then SERVE - I love it 🥰
