Firstly, add 1½ cup rice flour, ½ cup rava and ¾ tsp salt.
Pour 3 cup water and mix using a whisk.

Than make a tadka
Take a tadka pan, put oil in it.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and sesame seeds, then add chopped curry leaves. Crackle it,now add into batter. - 3
Now add red chili powder.
Further add 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tomatoMix well and rest for 20 minutes for rava to soak well.

When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.
Spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the chilla turns crisp.
