In a mixing bowl, take idli batter, add ginger-green chilli paste, oil, salt and lemon juice and stir well.
Add water in your steamer or pan and let the water come to a boil.Then add the fruit salt or baking soda to the batter add be quick in pouring batter in greased tray.

Sprinkle some red chilli and pepper powder and steam for 15 minutes at high flame, till a toothpick inserted in the white dhokla comes out clean.

Heat oil in a pan and add the tempering mix to it. Once you hear the crackling, pour it over the dhokla mix it well and ready to serve.
