Easily done Mushroom Fritters with Cornflour for any day. These are the most delicious and delightful one's for everyone especially the kids. Children would love these as an afterschool treat. Simple and purely homemade, these are great for Snacking.
The best part being the time taken by these to get done. They are ready in no time at all. You will just love these crisp Fritters.
Try making these for your loved ones on holidays and weekends. And serve with any Dip of choice or just plain old Ketchup. However these taste great on their own too.

350 gmsliced Button Mushrooms
1/2 cupCornflour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPaprika powder
Or
1/2 tspBlack Pepper powder
1/2 tspCumin powder
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
Water as required
as neededOil for frying

25-30 minutes

Mix in all the ingredients in the flour using some water as required. Set aside until 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile heat up enough oil for frying on a low. Fry few at a time until crisp and golden on both the sides. Do it in batches of 2 or 3 or as required.

Drain on an absorbent paper or a kitchen towel. Serve them piping hot with any dip to your loved ones and friends alike. Enjoy!
