Put 5 ltr pressure cooker, after heat pour oil, put whole spices, put onion and chilli sauté well, put ginger garlic paste sauté till raw smell gone

Add tomato puree, and then tomato paste sauté well and then add spice powder and salt after raw smell goes add chicken stock and blend well

Put chicken and blend it with masala for 2 min and pour 2 cups hot water put whistle and wait for 2 whistle (high flame)

After 2 whistle add soaked basmati rice and then check for salt and water and put whistle for high flame 7 mins and then low flame on 8 mins and then switch off the flame wait for pressure to go

Madhgoot is ready to eat and serve
