Quinoa flour fritters

Take a mixing bowl, add quinoa flour & all the given ingredients one by one except dhania patta.

Add very lil water, mix it thoroughly. (papaya will release water), make a semi thick batter. Add dhania patta now, mix it well, rest it for 10 minutes.

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame. Drop small portions of the batter,

Deep fry them until brown. Make all the fritters in the same manner. Take out on an absorbent paper.

Plate it, serve it with green chutney.
