Galangal Mutton Boti Curry

Into the pressure cooker add 1kg mutton boti, add salt, red chilli powder and galangal paste.

Add water and give 2-3 whistles. In a grinder make a paste of green chillies,cumin seeds and tomatoes.

In another grinder make a paste of onions. In a pan fry onions until red brown then add the mutton boti into it.

Into it add the onion paste as well the other grinded paste.

Add red chilli powder, garlic paste and salt into boti.

Let the masala cook and add curd into it.

After the masala leaves oil, add water and let it cook.
Galangal mutton boti is ready to be served.
