Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupQuinoa flour
  • 1/4 cupBesan
  • 1 nosSmall chopped onion
  • Halfchopped tomato
  • 1 tspCurd
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbspWater
  • 1/4 tspAjwain
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • 1 tspGreen chili

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl add quinoa flour, besan and chopped onion.

    Add green chilli, tomato, curd, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, ajwain.

    Then add water and mix it well.

    Make pancake from batter, add oil and flip, cook it both the sides properly. Serve it with tomato ketchup
