Cut the paneer into cubes and brown them in ghee.

Add the green peas to hot water with sugar and salt. After frying the paneer, add cumin seeds to the remaining ghee, then add the tomato, green chili, and ginger puree and sauté. Add all the spices.

Add the green peas and paneer, pour in water, and cook. Sprinkle with garam masala and chopped cilantro before serving.
