Ingredients

15 minutes
2 serve
  • 200 gramsivy guards
  • 1potato
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1tblsp oil
  • 1tblsp mustard and cumin seeds

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut and ivy guards and potatoes
    Cut onion and tomato...
    In a pan add oil then mustard and cumin seeds for crackle.
    Add onion and tomato slices,add salt and sauté till tomato gets softened.

    Now add ivy guards and potatoes.
    Mix and cover the lid to cook on a slow flame.
    After half cook, add chilli coriander and turmeric powder and mix gently so not to break the potato.cover again to cook completely..

    After 3-4 minutes check the Subji.
    If it's cooked then switch off the gas.
    Remove in the bowl and serve with mixed flour rotla..
    Enjoy..
