Ivy gourd and Potato Subji

Steps

Cut and ivy guards and potatoes
Cut onion and tomato...
In a pan add oil then mustard and cumin seeds for crackle.
Add onion and tomato slices,add salt and sauté till tomato gets softened. - 2
Now add ivy guards and potatoes.
Mix and cover the lid to cook on a slow flame.
After half cook, add chilli coriander and turmeric powder and mix gently so not to break the potato.cover again to cook completely.. - 3
After 3-4 minutes check the Subji.
If it's cooked then switch off the gas.
Remove in the bowl and serve with mixed flour rotla..
