Ingredients

  • Choppy Choppy
  • 4potatoes, cubed
  • 3 lbboneless beef chuck roast, trimmed & cut into 1 inch pieces
  • Not Choppy Choppy
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelopedry onion recipe soup and dip mix
  • 1 pkgbaby carrots
  • Parsley, for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker, mixing together. Place roast on top. Empty can of mushroom soup on meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of everything.

  2. 2

    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is fork-tender. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
