Ingredients

  1. Choppy Choppy
  2. 4potatoes, cubed
  3. 3 lbboneless beef chuck roast, trimmed & cut into 1 inch pieces
  4. Not Choppy Choppy
  5. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 envelopedry onion recipe soup and dip mix
  7. 1 pkgbaby carrots
  8. Parsley, for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place potatoes and carrots in slow cooker, mixing together. Place roast on top. Empty can of mushroom soup on meat. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of everything.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is fork-tender. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
