Dragon Fruit and a cup of full fat Cow's Milk go into making this super luscious Milkshake. That's it. As easy as that. Honey or Sugar can be added according to one's own choice as a sweetner.
Healthy and rich, nutritious and flavourful, it's a great option especially at the evening Tea-time or the family time on the weekends or as an afterschool quick snack on any given day.
Pitaya or Dragon Fruit is refreshingly sweeter and a perfect accompaniment for a healthy Brunch or even as an afterschool treat. It's also a lovely option for Breakfast or at 4 pm snack time too. It can be enjoyed even without a reason too or a fixed time. Whenever you feel like having something healthy and nutritious, go for this one when it's available so very easily.

Rich in Vitamins and antioxidants, these are great for a healthy living. White flesh variety is sweeter and juicier and when combined with Milk, it becomes absolutely delicious and healthy as well as creamier too. There are umpteen variations that can be made and relished with these magical Fruits.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

This one requires not much prior preparation. Keep cubed dragon fruit ready. That's it.

  2. 2

Peel the outer skin of the dragonfruit. Cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. Even if it is not done, it's absolutely okay. As it is soft and mushy, it can be easily done in a blender. So there is no need to worry about cutting it into small pieces. I had already had cubed dragon fruit in the refrigerator, so I had put it to use here.

  3. 3

Add all the ingredients mentioned to a blender jar and blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes or until everything is blended well.

  4. 4

Creamy and a luscious glass of dragon fruit milkshake is all ready to be enjoyed. Serve it chilled. Yum!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
