Sabudana kheer with Saffron (upvas recipe)

Boil milk add cardamom and simmer for 5 minutes and stir continuously now add sabudana and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Cook till sago turns soft. Keep stirring occasionally and sabudana will plump and milk will thicken gradually. Now add saffron and sugar. Simmer for few more minutes let sugar melt completely.

Garnish with Safron. Ready to serve.
