Hit a pan. Put Sago in it. Roast Sago for 5 minutes without changing the colour. cool down. put into mixer jar and make the floor.

Mix sago flour, salt, cumin seeds, and oil in a bowl. Make a slightly stiff dough by adding water as required. Let The dough rest for 5 minutes.

Make medium sized balls out of this dough and roll them to make Paratha.

Put a pan on the gas-stove and fry Parat has with oil on medium flame

Serve prepared Sago flour jeera namkeen Parathas with vegetable, sauce or curd.
