200 gshredded carrots
1/2persimmon
some dried rasin
5dried tomatoes
5apricot
1 tablespoonsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonvinegar
1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

Shred persimmon and dried fruits.

Shred carrots thinly and marinate it with seasonings for about 15 minutes.

Squeeze it with hand and mix fruits in it. Finally sprinkle olive oil.

Keep it in a container for several hours.
