Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 1/2 cupdesi gud (jaggery)
  • 1/2 tsprock salt
  • 1 tspamla powder
  • 3-4ice cubes

    I have dry grated amla. I made amla powder from this.

    Soak jaggery in 1 glass water for 3-4 hours. In a mixer jar add 1/2 jaggery water, amla powder, rock salt ice cubes and churn. And drink is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
