Cooking Instructions

In Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Cook beef and onion until done. Drain fat. Add 2 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin. Cook for another minute or so.

Add 1 cup corn, 1 cup green beans, 1/3 cup sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and sour cream is incorporated. Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup, stir. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to Pyrex dish. Top with tater tots and 1/2 cup cheese. Freeze.

When prepping to eat, thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake in 30 minute increments until done (160°F).
