Beef & Broccoli Teriyaki

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsteak, thinly sliced
  2. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  3. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  4. 4 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 1 tspgarlic
  6. 1/2 tspfresh ginger
  7. 1 tspsesame seeds
  8. 1/2 tspsesame oil
  9. 1/4red pepper flakes
  10. 3-4 cupsbroccoli
  11. Rice

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1/4 cup cornstarch to plate. Cover each steak slice with cornstarch, set aside.

    Heat up olive oil in Dutch oven. Add steak slices until cooked, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

    In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 4 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and 1/4 red pepper flakes.

    Add broccoli and sauce to Dutch oven, stir to combine. Add to Pyrex dish. Freeze.

    Once prepping to eat, thaw overnight. Cook rice in rice cooker. Cook stir fry in Dutch oven until heated through (160°).
