Steps

First of all,wash and dry the leaves, remove the thick veins and again dry with the cloth..
Take 2-3 leaves at a time,roll them and cut in small size but long in length as shown in the pic. - 2
Now sieve the besan in a big mixing bowl, add all masala spices.
Mix well and add chopped arvi leaves, now add water little by little to make samy thick paste.
Add eno and mix nicely. - 3
In the meantime heat the steamer, grease the glasses and fill leaves better in the glass.
Make all glasses ready and put it in the steamer to steam for 20 minutes.
When it's ready remove the glasses, let them cool down then cut in a round shape. - 4
Temper time..
Take a nonstick pan,add oil and tempering ingredients,after that put one one piece in the pan, roast till Patra gets crunchy.turn the other side and roast again.
Remove into the serving dish, sprinkle coriander and serve..
Arvi Dhokla/Patra is ready..
