Cut sweet potatoes into 3~4cm.

Wash the sweet potatoes, put them in a heat-resistant container, and heat them in the microwave for 4 minutes. (until soft)

Add salad oil, fresh cream, honey, and sweet potato to a pot and heat.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce turns golden brown.
Turn out the caramelized sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and let them cool.
