Steps

Heat a pressure cooker put dal, water,turmeric cooked 1whistle. Off the flame cool it, than add all veggies& salt, cooked nicely. Dalma is ready.

Now heat a pan add 1tsp oil put 1red chilli,& a pinch of salt Cooked nicely.

Mix the saag with cooked dalma.Heat a.tadkapan put oil put cuminseeds,ginger,red chilli & asafoeitida crackle a mints.

Pour the tadka on dalma.Lalsaag dalma is ready.Garnishing with coriander leaves serve with rice.
