My husband loves this ham and egg sandwich.He often brings this to the office.The egg is cooked for 15 minutes so the yolk is hard-boiled. If you prefer it soft-boiled, please reduce the cooking time.If you cut the crusts off the bread, keep the egg mixture about 1cm away from the edge. But I did have ham and cheese slices for sandwiches and a few eggs to go with my clearance rack english muffins! 😆👌 Making eggs in the microwave has been a little family trick of ours for decades now. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend this practice on occasion! 😏👍👍 I used a white cheddar cheese but you could use any cheese you like. You could also substitute green onions for any other kind of onions that you have around. Further the sliced ham could be swapped out for any sliced lunch meat that you have or prefer. 🤷🏻‍♀️👌😎😏👍

This is a sandwich that I've always eaten at home since I was a kid. You can add the fillings in the order of lettuce, ham, egg as well if you like. That way is probably easier if you're only using 1 leaf of lettuce.1 If you're only using 1 egg, you can simply add it to a container when boiled and crush it up with a fork instead.2 It's fine to use just 1 lettuce leaf.3 You can use any kind of sliced loaf for these sandwiches.4 Please spread the margarine and mustard on 1 side of the bread only, and in that order.5 Feel free to slice the sandwich into 4 equal triangles instead.
