Wash well the fish,remove inwards and scale it.

Pst it dry,and place in a steamer.

Place ginger slices and stalk of spring onion on top.

Boil water in the steamer and steam fish for 10 mins.

After that,open the lid place the leaves of spring onion on top.And the soy sauce.

Simmer the cooking oil in another pan and pour over the fish.
