Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs
  2. 1medium Onion
  3. 3medium Potato
  4. 4 tbspMilk
  5. 3green chilli
  6. Salt as required
  7. Butter / Oil as required
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. 2 pinchTurmeric powder (optional)

    Assemble ingredients

    In moderately heated pan add butter / oil, add onion + green chilli and sauté till pinkish, then add potatoes + salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.

    In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add milk, salt + turmeric and mix well and keep aside. And Vegetable is also cooked. Discard green chillies.

    Now add the cooked veggie into egg mixture and add black pepper powder and mix nicely.

    Now in a pan add butter, pour the mixture and spread evenly all around the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes by covering under low to medium flame.

    Now flip the other side of the omelette and cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame, switch off gas and keep in stand by for 1-2 minutes.

    Now omelette is cooked and allow to cool for few seconds. Cut into desired pieces and serve hot hot.
