Let's make some very easy cookies with a lot of flavor. The combination of Lotus cream and chocolate is a great success, and they are crispy but melt in your mouth.
Steps
- 1
As always, start by gathering all the ingredients. I forgot the photo. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with heat from above and below, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2
In a bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix with a spatula. Add the room temperature butter in cubes and mix. Add the lightly beaten egg and the Lotus cream. Mix well, first with a spatula and then with your hands until everything is well integrated.
- 3
Incorporate the chocolate chips and mix to distribute them throughout the dough. No need to let it rest.
- 4
Take portions of about 20 grams, make a ball, place it on the tray, and flatten with a fork. I recommend leaving space between them because the dough expands when baking. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- 5
Remove the cookies from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes on the tray, and then transfer them to a rack to cool completely.
- 6
Our cookies are ready. Let me know if you like them or not. They were a hit at home. I hope you enjoy them!
