Ingredients

35 mins
  • 2 canstuna (drained)
  • 1/2a small onion (finely chopped)
  • OPTIONAL: 1/4 red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupcheese (your choice)
  • 1/4 cupalmond flour
  • 2 tbspmayo
  • 1 tbspDijon (or ground) mustard
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make 6-8 scoops the size of a golf ball. (An ice cream scoop helps)

  3. 3

    Hand flatten to desired size and place on a plate or cookie sheet.

  4. 4

    Place in refrigerator for 20 mins (or freezer for 10). This helps them hold their shape while cooking.

  5. 5

    In a medium sized skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of oil to medium.

  6. 6

    Add your patties and cook on each side for 4 mins.

  7. 7

    Place into a paper towel lined bowl to absorb excess oil. Let stand for 3-5 mins.

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy!
