Made in a Pressure Cooker: Sweet and Salty Beef Tendon and Root Vegetable Stew with Soy Sauce Flavor Made in a Pressure Cooker: Sweet and Salty Beef Tendon and Root Vegetable Stew with Soy Sauce Flavor
This is a rich stew with juicy tendons that goes well with rice. You might feel the taste is a bit weak right after Step 4, but the flavor will concentrate as you boil it down. Stir gently as to not crush the daikon. If you're not using a pressure cooker, boil for 40 minutes. For 4 people. Recipe by LaLaHappy1 cookpad.japan -
Soft and Simple Chocolate Mousse Soft and Simple Chocolate Mousse
I thought that since chocolate hardens when you cool it, I could use that property to make a mousse. So I thought up this easy recipe using a chocolate bar and fresh cream.-After the chocolate is melted, quickly add it to the cream before it begins to harden.-Adding rum or cointreau gives it a more grown-up taste.-You can use any chocolate you want: milk, bitter, etc. Recipe by Mirusuke cookpad.japan -
A Feast in Our House! Simmered Pork Belly (Buta no Kakuni) A Feast in Our House! Simmered Pork Belly (Buta no Kakuni)
My family loves simmered pork belly. After a lot of experimentation, I got to this method for making light tasting pork belly that elderly people can enjoy too. This is now our standard recipe. It takes some time, but the leftover simmering liquid can be used to cook vegetables the next day (see hints) so it's worth all the effort. If you like this to be richer and fattier, reserve about a cup of the parboiling liquid in step 4 and add to the final simmering liquid (reduce the amount of fresh water to 2 cups.)There's enough simmering liquid to cook 1 kg of pork belly, so you can reduce it if you like, but if you make it with this amount, you can simmer parboiled daikon radish or potatoes in the leftover liquid the next day, which are delicious. So even if you use a lot of ingredients, it doesn't go to waste! For 4 servings (500 g). Recipe by Chakore-to cookpad.japan -

Easy Mushrooms in Wine & Shallot Sauce with Herbs Easy Mushrooms in Wine & Shallot Sauce with Herbs
Something I made to go with our Friendsgiving Oxtail "Osso Buco."1.5 pounds of mushrooms will look like a lot for 4 people, but mushrooms have really high water content, and they'll shrink considerably when you're done.If you want to double the recipe, I suggest using a fairly large pan with lots of surface area (at least 13-inch), or just make two separate batches in two separate pans.I used fresh thyme for this batch, but parsley, basil, Italian or Herbes de Provence blends would all work well.Oxtail "Osso Buco" Recipe:https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/1714687-budget-oxtail-osso-buco-for-regular-stovetop-and-pressure-cooker x -

Spreadable butter Spreadable butter
A friend liked to have butter on her bread. But often times the butter was to hard and it torn the bread apart. She just loved the flavor and when she melted the butter it didn't taste the same so this was the result. Enjoy D -
Extremely Delicious Homemade Pancetta Extremely Delicious Homemade Pancetta
I saw this recipe in a bookstore somewhere, and tried making it from memory and it was a huge success I was a little worried about the relatively small portion of salt at first, but it's worked well every time I've made it.I used water-absorbent sheets that absorb grease and water quite well. I think you can also use kitchen wipes (like thick paper towels) as well. There are recipes that require more salt, producing pancetta that keeps longer, but with this recipe you won't need to de-salt the meat afterwards. The ingredient amounts listed are also enough to give the pork a good strong flavor. Just make sure to cook it through before eating. Recipe by Miruneko cookpad.japan -
