Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 150 gmGramflour
  • 40 gmRice flour
  • 2 nosSliced onion
  • 2 nosChopped green chillies
  • Chopped ginger
  • 1 tspnRed chilli powder
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspnHing
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Oil for fry

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, hing, red chilli powder and salt mix well. And then add onion, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and water.

    From the dough make equal size ball one by one.

    Heat oil add the pakoda fry till golden in colour.
