In a small bowl combine lemon zest and juice, and garlic. Let rest for 10 minutes. Mix in Herbs de Provence, olive oil, and honey.

Halve pears, slice off a piece to use as base and core.

Place pears on an oven-safe and baste with oil mixture.
- 4
Place 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoon of cheese in pear cavity and sink in a few nuts in the cheese. Baste again pears and cheese with oil mixture.

Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F oven and serve.
