Green Pea Cutlet

First of all, mix green peas, ginger, garlic, green coriander in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste.

Take out this mixture in a mixing bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder and mix.

Make cutlets from this mixture, put them in hot oil and deep fry on medium flame till they become golden brown.

Serve hot cutlets with tomato ketchup.
