I filled the first tier with lots of ginger-garlic karaage fried chicken. I also put in cherry tomatos and pasta tuna salad, and cooked broccoli.

This is the second tier. I packed in ham and asparagus rolls, salmon and cream cheese rolls, snap peas, pickles, shrimp and mayonnaise rolls, strawberries, quiche, and caprese salad.

This is the third tier for rice balls. I made salmon, greens, and yukari powder rice balls. I scattered in watercress and mini tomatoes to make it colorful. This turns out nicer if bring the nori seaweed separately instead of wrapping beforehand.

This is a version that uses fruit for the first tier. I added fava beans to the second tier. I sauteed the shrimp in garlic. You can color-coordinate it to match the season!

This is a sandwich version. I used 10-slice sliced bread. They might be easier to pack in than rice balls.
